                                                            TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF HIRE

 Prices, Product and Services

 All prices are in New Zealand Dollars and exclude gst. Prices are subject to change. Please note prices do not  include delivery and collection.

 Important Information

 Once we have received your booking enquiry, we will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours.


 Once you receive a Booking Invoice from us, please note that nothing is final or booked until we have  received your required deposit. Only once you have received a Booking Confirmation email from us is your is  your booking final.

 We reserve the right to enforce a minimum hire spend during our peak season on high demand items.


 We require a 25% NON Refundable Deposit, unless otherwise specified or arranged.


 On payment of your deposit you agree to these terms entirely


 Balance - Your balance Invoice will be issued 4 weeks prior to your booked event date and final payment is  due no later  than 2 weeks before Event date. Please note customized items may require an earlier final  payment date.

 Hire period - Items may be collected 2 days prior to event date and returned within the same time frame  unless otherwise  specified, Please note in peak season high demand items may require a shorter time frame  turn around.


 Delivery  & Collection - If Hire items are being delivered we will liaise with your venue manager / florist or  designed person(s) to  coordinate logistics of delivery and collection. PLEASE NOTE, delivery & collection fees  are based on distance traveled and items hired.

 Lost, Damaged goods & customer responsibility

 We do our best to check all hire items before they are hired out, however if you receive an item that is  damaged please inform us immediately.


 If you damage or loose a Hire item - Please note that it is your responsibility to inform us. PLEASE NOTE we reserve  the right to invoice you to recover all necessary costs.


 Bonds - Please note that a bond may be required

 Heavy & Large Hire Items - Please do not try to move or dismantle any of our heavy and larger items, this  may result in injury or damage. If an injury does occur due to this we take no responsibility and maintain that we  are not liable for this. 

 Candles - We can supply these for an extra fee. We use a reliable supplier and highly recommend their  candles as they are non drip tall 9 hour burning.

 It is VERY IMPORTANT that you understand, even in cases  were we supply candles we reserve the right to  take absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for any damages caused  by them to our property, your venue and any  other vendors property.



 Final Notes - I Do Glamour Event Hire & Styling  Take absolutely no responsibility, nor are we liable for  any damages  and or injuries caused by use of our hire items.
